This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Giant Hoodies. Information submitted by users to our store will be transmitted to and shared with third parties that may be located in other countries, in order to provide services to such users, including but not limited to transaction processing and fraud prevention.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts until January 1st to cover all holiday gift returns. If January 1st has past, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received, we will send you an email and notify you of the approval or rejection of refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, this is normal. For exchanges, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and do not swap colors if the product is otherwise acceptable.
